Great service! I was a waiter for an oil change and inspection and was very surprised how friendly and out going everybody there was. They also keep you very up dated on what is going on with your vehicle. I would definitely recommend them! Thank you for such a wonderful experience.

This shop was great! I called to make an appointment and spoke with Joe, who was very polite, and took time for me to ask questions. ( For anyone who has ever called an automotive shop, the guy who answers is usually very gruff and makes you feel like your call is bothering him, and also makes you feel stupid for the questions you ask). When I brought my truck in, the Ladies at the front desk, were extremely nice, and I met Joe in person. They diagnosed, ordered parts and fixed my truck the next day. They are good, honest people. I highly recommend Schneider's.

Intimidated to ask my questions, I often felt that I was "bothering" the service manager when I called to make an appointment to have my car serviced. I went in for an alignment. I got a good job on that and a got a status report on many items. I liked the pictures and evaluation on what is good and what needs help. No pressure on sales of new services. You need better shuttle service for customers that don't have transportation.

I had a great experience with bringing my car to Schneider's. I had a good conversation about what was needed and customer service team was friendly and straightforward with what they were going to do and what the next steps were. I felt the prices were reasonable as well. They went the extra mile to answer questions I had and made me feel very comfortable with the whole process.
