Simi Valley Auto Repair

Was looking for a good auto mechanic to take my Honda Odyssey for repair and saw their review on line. Used to go to Honda dealer and for a change I tried Schneider. To my satisfaction they did a good job especially Joe ( service manager) is very accommodating and professional. Now I found an auto shop to go to for my car.

I had an appointment for 2pm. Got there early. They took me in and I was out within an hour. Great place, friendly staff. Will definitely go back for my automotive needs.

Prompt and timely service, a shop with mechanics that actually know cars. Very clean operation. Joe and Ken both pay attention to what needs to be service and take their work seriously. Their pricing is fair and competitive with outstanding customer service. This was our first time and won't be our last, it is worth the drive to find a good mechanic who is trustworthy. I will take all my cars here for needs that I can't do myself.

Finally, a clean, all around excellent auto repair shop, with truly professional knowledgable staff, honest, kind and comfortable to be around, and they have reasonable prices; just right. Aaand, they gladly give military discount. Thank you Joe, Ken, and the other three good help I saw there ..

Joe and team at Schneiders were top notch. I appreciate how honest and fair the pricing was to perform the work on my truck. I knew going into the shop that my truck was needing attention, I was happy to have worked with Joe to talk through the needs for my truck and how best to maintain it for longevity of the truck.

Schneider’s Automotive is an honest and professional shop. My car was burning oil at an alarming and destructive rate. Schneider’s not only diagnosed the issue free of charge but advocated for me when I returned to the dealer where I purchased the vehicle.
