Had a very bad experience. The mechanic was rude and the owner had a nasty attitiude. Any time I asked a question. It's was like it was beaneath him to answer just get the receptionist to answer. I asked how can I prevent for the same problem I came in for. They could not care less didn't want to answer. I will never come back. Don't recremend

I have lived in Simi Valley 35 years and have heard great things about Schneider's around the youth sports scene. So when my water pump went out I gave them a try. Best decision I could have made. Joe was friendly, informative and most importantly, honest with his estimates of time to repair and the cost. I will now be taking my car to Schneider's every time I need any repairs and will recommend them to my family and friends.

A friend recommended me to take my car here and I'm so happy I did! They really took care of me, and throughly explained to me the reasons behind the billed repair and how the systems function within my car. I was astounded that they actually recommended I didn't go through with repair and to just cut my losses and trade it in for a new car. It totally was the right move, the 2011 Chevy Cruze is a total problem car! Definitely will be returning here, I really felt like I was being taken care of by a family member
