Communication and service is top notch. The use of genuine parts shows that they care as much about the durability and longevity of parts as I do. Not the cheapest around, but absolutely worth the cost!

This shop is the Best! The folks running this shop & those who work there are so kind & honest, they really took great care of me when I had my car emergency. They told me exactly what wrong, they have a really cool program that films their findings to show the customer what's going on, versus the song & dance routine you get everywhere else. They provide advice, good/bad/ugly, they answered all of my questions, explained all of my options & they even have me a courtesy ride home when they didn't have to. Such a great group of people to work with! I've owned cars for 30+years & I've never found a shop that I could trust, until this one. I hope they are in business for many years to come. Brought a 2001 mercury mountaineer that wouldn't start to Schneider's. they found a very odd and uncommon problem. they made the repairs in a timely manner and Joe always kept me informed along the way. great job and great service at a reasonable price.
