This shop was great! I called to make an appointment and spoke with Joe, who was very polite, and took time for me to ask questions. ( For anyone who has ever called an automotive shop, the guy who answers is usually very gruff and makes you feel like your call is bothering him, and also makes you feel stupid for the questions you ask). When I brought my truck in, the Ladies at the front desk, were extremely nice, and I met Joe in person. They diagnosed, ordered parts and fixed my truck the next day. They are good, honest people. I highly recommend Schneider's.
Dear Rebecca: Happy New Year!!! Before I married into the automotive repair industry, I felt the same way you did. Intimidated to ask my questions, I often felt that I was "bothering" the service manager when I called to make an appointment to have my car serviced. Joe is a great Service Manager and takes the time to answer questions in detail. I think it's so important for women to know that they can come to our shop and learn more about their vehicles.
