I had a great experience with bringing my car to Schneider's. I had a good conversation about what was needed and customer service team was friendly and straightforward with what they were going to do and what the next steps were. I felt the prices were reasonable as well. They went the extra mile to answer questions I had and made me feel very comfortable with the whole process.

I TOOK MY WIFES SICK NITRO TO THESE GUYS IN THE MORNING ON THANKS GIVING EVE AND SONSIDERING THE LONG HOLIDAY WEEKEND AND ALL THE CUSTOMERS IN FRONT OF US WE RENTED HER A VEHICLE. WE WERE PLEASENTLY SURPRISED WHEN JOE CALLED ME THAT SAME DAY INDICATING THEY WOULD COMPLETE THE REPAIRS THAT SAME AFTERNOON. THESE GUYS ARE THE BEST !

Thanx. Schneiders awesome crew ! Came through for us again ! Nitro went down weds.day before thx. giving , we dropped it off in the morning for repair , rented a car and of course assuming (HELLOW ,HOLIDAY WEEKEND) we would not resolve this until the following wk.. But once again they found the problem and replaced the faulty fuel injector causing the problem. We happily returned the rental car prematurely , saving us potentially hundreds and picked up the Nitro from Schneiders the same evening !

Taking your vehicle in to any repair shop these days is a scary endeavor. Recently My F350 went in to limp mode without throwing an engine code. After having several bad experiences with Simi Ford I had a friend recommend Schneider's automotive. The minute I walked in I was greeted as if I had been coming there for years. Within a couple of hours they called me a diagnosis. That was followed up with an email with pictures showing the problem and also a couple of areas of concern. The truck was finished the following day. It's been several months since the work was completed and the truck has been trouble free. I wouldn't hesitate to take any of my cars to Schneider's automotive.

Highly recommend! Team fixed my Nissan Pathfinder quickly and professionally. I liked the emailed report\pictures that detailed what was wrong with my vehicle. They earned my business!
