Outstanding auto repair shop Recommend for everyone A lot better than dealers work

The safety check uncovered terminal issues with the car. Rather than do the service I scheduled they recommended I put that money to another vehicle...and they charged me nothing. You can’t beat that for honest service!

We brought our 2005 Cadillac STS in to diagnose trouble codes that were preventing us from smogging our car. I dealt with Frank who was very professional and personable. Our car had some issues with a transmission upshift switch issue and, as it turned out, we needed to also replace a catalytic converter. There was a problems with getting the right parts, which delayed the repairs and access to our car. Frank called and told us to go to Enterprise Rental Car, where they would have a vehicle for us to use during the down time, and Schneider's would pay the rental. Now that is great customer service! Our car was repaired, passed smog and runs great. We also got a call from management thanking us for our business. I would highly recommend this automotive repair shop!

The highest level of customer service and technical ability. I just have to say that I live in Studio City and it's not that convenient for me to have service performed in Simi Valley, but for many years Ken and Danny have taken care of my cars and will continue to because they, along with Joe and everyone else are superb. I own two 2005 Benz cars and they literally drive like new because of Schneider’s.
