I had brought my Hyundia Sonata to two other shops in the area for a "front end noise" clunking noise. Neither place could locate the problem, including one place that that actually specialized in front ends. We found the problem unsettling enough to stop driving the vehicle during this time. Schneider's found the problem quickly and repaired it. Not only does Schneiders have the most competent mechanics in the area in my opinion, they are polite and professional from the time you bring your vehicle in, to the disposition of the problem, repair and summary of the invoice. I will not be going anyplace but Schneiders from now on.

I am really impressed with this place. The customer service was exceptional. I’ve never been to, or even heard of, a place where they included me in the process and actually showed me the parts that need repairs in such detail. I took my friend’s vehicle in by chance but will definitely be taking my own vehicle in by choice!

Personable, capable and effective. He clearly explains what needs to be done, what costs will be incurred and answers all my questions. My car is an old one and now it runs great!

went in without an apt to have brake lights replaced, I had been told by another repair that front headlamp had a short which is why it kept blowing bulbs ask Schneider's to replace bulb, was informed nothing wrong except bulb not installed properly, When my work schedules allowed I have use Schneider's for over 20 years , I will have figure how to do it in future. They are honest and dependable.

I have a 1988 Custom Cadillac Coupe Deville / popped doors / nice paint job / seating on 20s and low profile tires etc. Believe me it’s an eye catcher... I’m an old school rider and we don’t just let anyone touch our cars. But these guys at Schneider’s “ ANY TIME “ The Cadi had been park for at least five years and I figured it was time to put her back on the road. So I started asking around who has a really good shop up here in Simi. More than a few people said take it to Schneider’s they'll get it right. So I did... I walk in the front office and right out the shoot I get a warm smile and nice greeting from a guy name Joe. Well turns out he’s the projects coordinator ( And Does A Fine Job Of It ) Joe’s a people person hands down, charismatic personality and all. I’m telling you this guy had me at hello... So a few days later I leave my Cadi in what I had determined to be good hands. Joe put one his best guys on it right away. I come back a couple of days after and they found and fixed the main problem. ( Electrical Charging Sys. ) I had at least three other mechanics that couldn’t even figure it out. Joe and Bob did it in two days. Ok... So now I’m truly impressed. And that’s not an easy trick with me. The next thing Joe does is give me a free inspection report. They put her on the rack, check every thing top to bottom. Then emailed the report to me photos and all. It was obvious that process took some time. This outfit is Professional, Organized, Friendly and Courteous. I was calling a Uber then Joe said “ No, We Take You Home “ And two minutes later there driver pulled up for me. Wow...!!! Customer service really does still exist. But most of all these guys are knowledgeable. And when it come to automotive repair you got to know what your doing. Trust me they do... So if your taking your vehicle to any one else for repairs. I can only say it’s most likely a missed opportunity. Sincerely T.J. Earley Old School Rider...
