An absolute pleasure to work with! Provided a detail report of suggested service, with picture evidence of findings. Worked with me on pricing of a specific item, without me asking. Communication and service is top notch. The use of genuine parts shows that they care as much about the durability and longevity of parts as I do. They take the time to know your NAME and your cars specific needs or challenges. This is Huge your not just a number to them. They really care. They will tell you what is immediate that needs to be fixed as well as items that can wait. They are not there to slam you and grab as much money as they can and run. They will send you live time pictures of whatever is broken with your vehicle so you can understand why it needs to be fixed. This is a Family run established business not your corporate cookie cutter dealer that just wants the money and to upsell you all day long. Frank and Joe are fabulous as your first point of contact at Schneider’s very professional and kind. And both are super knowledgeable they will walk you through every aspect of getting your car fixed from beginning to end. This shop is the Best! The folks running this shop & those who work there are so kind & honest, they really took great care of me when I had my car emergency. They told me exactly what wrong, they have a really cool program that films their findings to show the customer what's going on, versus the song & dance routine you get everywhere else. They provide advice, good/bad/ugly, they answered all of my questions, explained all of my options & they even have me a courtesy ride home when they didn't have to. Such a great group of people to work with! I've owned cars for 30+years & I've never found a shop that I could trust, until this one. I hope they are in business for many years to come.
