The older my BMW gets, the more I get acquainted with the guys and gals at Schneider's. As painful as it is to have an older car requiring replacement parts, the edge is smoothed by the kind, friendly, honest staff at our neighborhood German car experts. As a single mom, I have to say it's always scary trying to get your automobiles fixed. One vehicle was towed in, the other I drove in, serviced and finished the same day. New brakes, radiator, diagnostic tests, oil change, Air filter, spark plugs etc. Hospitality, experienced, knowledgeable and dedicated personnel is so rare to find. So grateful I can't thank you enough I'll be back again and again!

Scheneider’s has great customer service. My car was ready on the day they had promesed. I brought the car in with a failed water pump and thermostat, and that’s exactly what they fixed. I did not have to listen to anybody trying to sell me other repairs that the car “may” need. I thank them for their honesty and prompt service.

My F-150 developed a roaring front end noise. In desperation from afar I rang Frank who said simply "bring it in" for inspection that was on a no-charge basis. In this day and age that is unheard of. The problem was finally identified by Justin (don't let him go) who also serviced the unrelated transmission. Frank, Joe and Justin were so helpful and I shall not forget their courtesy extended to me over the 2-day repair period. Such an amazing group of people in an industry unknown for it's empathy. Brilliant.
