BEST customer service! We took our 2008 Toyota Prius in for an estimate on suspension work. The team gave us an honest work-up and left the decision up to us. In the end we realized it was time to say goodbye to our little car. Our experience was so positive that we will absolutely bring our cars to Schneider's for future repairs.

We recently had need of their services for our 2005 Dodge Magnum. As always we were provided professional and personable services by their staff. Joe answered all my questions and was able to get the necessary parts for our 20 year old car. Our Magnum was repaired and we are extremely satisfied with the quality of the work and the care provided by Schneider's.

Joe, the Service Manager, was professional and friendly and he provided excellent customer service. I received a very detailed inspection report from the service technicians with recommendations, and pictures that were very helpful. The repairs on my 2012 Challenger were done ahead of schedule, and I will return to have my Truck service soon. I was even given a small token of appreciation for allowing Schneider's to service my vehicle...It's hard to find good mechanics with excellent customer service, to boot, these days and I think I just found these qualities at Schneider's Automotive!
