Got stuck with a broken driveshaft and didn’t know who to call. Asked another professional for a referral and found Schneider’s. Very grateful to Ken and whole crew at the shop. Got my Jeep back in less than 2 days! Great shop!!!

I want to give this crew very high marks for superior, excellent service in all respects. I started using the services of "Gabby", the founder /owner of Star Autohaus, Inc. in Tarzana in the early 1990s. Then when Gabby sold the business to Ken Fay in the mid 90s I continued with him and Star Autohaus. I have been with Ken and his crew of Danny, Justin and Joe now for over 20 years. Then, when Ken recently bought Schneider's, I have used them less because we live quite distant from their shop ,and I am using a more local service. I have used Ken and crew for service of our various Mercedes and Audi cars over the years. They have consistently provided high quality technical service in a very timely and friendly manner. They have met all aspects of super service solving some unique problems over the years. A real pleasure to do business with Ken and company, and Iy to highly recommend them.

Schneider's beat the dealer's quote by almost 50%. They took care of the problem, and listed some things that needed to be looked at. They took pictures of everything, and presented them in a no pressure way. Great staff too.

Brought my Toyota Hybrid in for Oil Change and a new 12V battery (it's 5+ years old). They suggested that they would test it first and it passed with lots of margin so they saved me an unnecessary cost of a new battery, very nice!

Had a great experience with Schneider's after I bought a used car that required some fixing. I felt completely taken care of, and wasn't worried that work was getting done in a cheap / unreliable manor. On top of this the office staff is full of great personalities, who obviously care about the work they are doing. Their online inspection report was thorough, and transparent making me feel like they actually took their time to check everything and only recommend services that were absolutely necessary. I highly recommend them, and will continue to take my cars to them in the future!
