I have to say that Schneider's is the best and most honest place of business I have ever dealt with. They found that the issue with my Ford was covered by the manufacturer. Ford tried to tell Joe that it wasn't covered, but he wouldn't let them get away with it, and they came back to him and said that it was indeed covered. They could have just fixed it and charged me, but they took the honest route and helped me. I will always use Schneider's, and I will always recommend them. Thank you for helping me and saving me a bundle!!!! You guys are the BEST!

Hello Ms. Notrica: We are so glad that we were able to save you some money and create a foundation for an on-going relationship with you and your vehicle. When you brought your vehicle in for a check-engine light, our Technician was able to determine that a technical bulletin advised that the manufacturer covered the vehicle under warranty. That's always good news! We have factory software which allows us the ability to look at all manufacturer TSB's or technical service bulletins so that we don't do repairs that a manufacturer would otherwise cover under the factory warranty!
