Being new to the area, I do not have a regular mechanic until now. My steering wheel started shaking out of the blue and it scared me. I had to pick up my son and his friends from school so as I was waiting for them I found Schneider's on Yelp and called them. They said bring it in right away and added that they would give me a ride home if needed. We made it there and they were able to fix the issue at no charge and even kept a pleasant demeanor with 3 rowdy boys in the shop. I'm going back for an oil change and thorough inspection next week. I would highly recommend these guys!

My experience with Schneiders was really good. They went the extra mile with there service with me. They really helped me get the best possible price to fix my tdi, even thought they did not do the repairs. They were very honest and did what was best for me, told me how I could be better served by going to the dealer. I would greatly recommended anyone in the Simi Valley area to go to Schneiders for their auto repairs. They really took the best possible care of me and my care. They did not try to sell me services that were not needed or to over charge me, and provide any services that were not requested. My only complaint was the speed of the service but I really appreciate that they found out information and freely gave me the information so that I could make and educated decision about my car repair and what would be in my best interest. I am glad that I took my car into them.
