Our customers tell us they like to receive the digital inspection reports with the photographs because they can see what we are talking about without having to get under their vehicle! Hello David: We like to offer a courtesy inspection to our customers. Our Technicians spend a considerable amount of time inspecting each customer's vehicle including the taking of photographs to support the findings. We think it makes it easier for our customers to "see" what the technicians are pointing out, with respect to the condition of the vehicle and potential repairs based on the final results of the inspection.
