Fantastic customer service! I had a failed water pump in Los Angeles - Snyder’s Auto had replaced it 3 months earlier and it was still under warranty. Snyder’s not only warranted the pump but also paid to have my car towed to the shop in Simi to do the work. 100% covered parts & labor! A HUGE relief!! So thankful!

These guys are good mechanics and they're fast. I think they're a little pricey, but you get what you pay for. Part of what you're paying for is excellent customer service and I appreciate that. I'd recommend them.

They treated us great! My daughter's car died in Simi, not near our usual mechanic, and on a recommendation we took her car here. We were upfront and told them if the repair was expensive we would not be doing the repairs. They said no problem bring it in we will do a free evaluation, and they did. Their estimate came in about $300 dollars less than the average price listed online, but still out of our range. We did not do the repairs but they were so kind about it and even put fluid in it for free so we could safely drive it off their lot. I highly recommend them...FAIR & HONEST!

Caring about your vehicle goes beyond if is clean and full of gas. They know that some things must be done and there are things that should to prolong your vehicles life. A nice balance and they make sure you know and how it is going to be accomplished.

The older my BMW gets, the more I get acquainted with the guys and gals at Schneider's. As painful as it is to have an older car requiring replacement parts, the edge is smoothed by the kind, friendly, honest staff at our neighborhood German car experts. This is the only place I take my beloved old gal. I know I will get a fair price and the best possible service.
