Mitch Schneider

Mitch Schneider is a fourth generation automotive service professional who has spent the past forty-two years serving the motoring public as both a Certified Master Automotive Technician and Certified Service Consultant. Mitch is an award winning journalist, author, educator and industry spokesperson whose popular "Mitch's World" column appears in Babcox Publications Import Car, Brake & Front End, and Underhood Service. He also writes a monthly column for Counterman magazine. His eight-volume Automotive Service Management series is available on line or through Cengage Learning. Mitch served as the first Director of the Car Care Professionals Network, the nation's largest association of professional automotive service facilities.
